BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 pkg. brown and serve sausages, cut into thirds
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 to 1 tsp. dry mustard

TOPPING:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place first 3 ingredients in order given into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together next 4 ingredients. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.
