PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1 3/4 lb. pork tenders Salt & pepper 1 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 2 carrots, sliced 1 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. flour 1 tsp. seasoned pepper 1 c. water Rinse pork tenders with cold water. Remove fat. Cut into 4 inch pieces. Salt & pepper on both sides. Melt butter in baking dish. Add pork and brown on each side in oven. Add carrots, add 1 cup water. Turn meat every 15 minutes while cooking. Mix sour cream, flour and seasoned pepper and 1 cup water in a bowl, add 15 minutes before cooking time is over. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with spaetzle or other kind of noodles, rice or potatoes. |
