CHOCOLATE GLAZE 
Makes approximately 1 cup.

1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine cocoa, water, corn syrup, and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth and thickened.
