EASY OVEN OMELETTE 
6 lg. eggs, separated
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk egg yolks, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold yolk mixture into whites.

Melt butter in oven proof skillet. Add egg mixture and heat 3 minutes. Transfer to oven and bake 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
