HIGHLAND EGGS & TOAST 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
4 slices warm, buttered toast

In medium saucepan, before heating: beat eggs, then add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Place saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until butter melts and eggs are cooked. Put on top of warm, buttered toast.
