BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 c. softened butter
1 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla gradually. Add flour. Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F.
