Sauteed onions and bell pepper
Sauteed mushrooms
Grated cheese

Season steak, stuff with onions, pepper, mushrooms and cheese. Roll in flour and secure with toothpick. Fry in deep fat or put in casserole and pour mushroom gravy over and cook in oven.
