FRUIT FROZEN SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can sliced peaches, cut
1/2 c. fresh white seedless grapes
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut
1 c. mandarin oranges in eighths
20 sm. marshmallows, cut fine
1 1/2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream (whipped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. fresh coconut (optional)

Drain fruit and combine. Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat pineapple juice to boiling. Add gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Add orange and lemon juice, sugar and salt. Chill. When mixture starts to thicken, add fruit mix and nuts. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise. Put in ice tray or quart cylinder carton, freeze. Serve in 1 slice on lettuce.

Can use 1/2 cup raw ground cranberries or 1 pound package strawberries (use strawberry juice instead or orange and lemon or some of pineapple).
