CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
6 oz. milk chocolate
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. less 1 1/2 tsp. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate over hot water. Add cinnamon and butter. When butter is melted remove from heat and add milk and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into shallow pan and chill for 2 hours or more. Shape into balls, dip in melted chocolate, roll in chocolate sprinkles, coconut or finely chopped nut meats.
