1 lg. chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 pkg. of Lipton cup of soup (onion?)
Pepper to taste

Place roast in slow cooker with soup, onion and package of Lipton soup mix. Cook for however long it takes your cooker. Crock pot - overnight. Slow Cooker - 4 to 5 hours.
