SOUR CREAM COCOA CAKE 
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sour cream (thick)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. warm water

Beat eggs, salt and vanilla until light in color. Add sugar gradually and beat until thick and fluffy. Sift together cake flour and cocoa. Add to cake mixture along with sour cream. Beat until batter is smooth, a short time. Add soda dissolved in warm water. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake until cake loosens from sides of pan or springs back from center when touched.
