EASY SKILLET BISCUIT LOAF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
2 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In 10-inch non-stick skillet over low heat, melt butter with garlic. Coat biscuits with Parmesan cheese, then place in skillet, overlapping slightly. Cover; cook over low heat 8 minutes or until under side is browned. Invert biscuits onto plate, then slide back into skillet; cover; cook 10 to 12 minutes.
