WEIGHT WATCHERS MOCK POTATO
SALAD
 
1 head cauliflower
1 tsp. salt
2 ribs celery
4 radishes
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 pkg. sweet-n-low
3 sm. gherkins

Cook cauliflower just until tender. Mix and chill. 3/4 cup = 1 #3 vegetable.
