TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 lb. cheese tortellini
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
Garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
Bottled Italian dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, shredded

Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and chill. Stir together red onion, green pepper, tomato, pepperoni, spices, Italian dressing and tortellini. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Toss with shredded cheese before serving.
