JANE'S PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat all together in bowl. Bake in two large (9-inch) cake pans. Try to split batter evenly between pans.

Bake at 350°F until done, about 50 minutes.
