HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4-5 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, diced
4-5 stalks celery
1 bunch spinach, cut up
1 can red kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. tarragon
5 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube

Brown and crumble beef, add onions, garlic, celery, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, tomato paste, spices and water. Simmer 1 hour. Add beans and spinach and simmer another hour. Serve with garlic bread or corn bread.
