HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. sweet butter, melted
2/3 c. crackers, crushed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. sole or perch fillets, thawed

Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and spices. Dip fillets in melted butter and turn in crumb mixture. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
