CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE 
2 onions, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
4 garlic, minced
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. onion tops
1 lb. crawfish
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Saute' seasoning in butter. Add crawfish and cook 1/2 hour. Add soup and cook 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
