SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
1/4 lb. chopped salt pork
1 good sized shredded cabbage
2 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
2 lb. canned tomatoes
1 lg. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. allspice
Fresh ground black pepper
Bay leaf
Coriander pepper

Fry out salt pork. Add onion and saute with garlic. Add cabbage. Cook until wilted, add and mix in rest of ingredients. Simmer 4-5 hours. Cooks well in electric frying pan.
