BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 to 7 bananas, split lengthwise
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Cherries, if desired

Mix the first 2 items and press into 9x13 inch pan. Beat the next 4 items 10-15 minutes and spread over crumb base. Layer split bananas over cream layer. Add drained crushed pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over the top of pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries.
