2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa or chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. pecans

Mix first five ingredients and boil for 2 minutes. Then add peanut butter, oatmeal and nuts. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
