CHICKEN BREASTS WITH STUFFING 
4 lg. chicken breasts or thighs, skinned and boned and split
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
8 slices Swiss cheese
Sm. bag stuffing mix
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter, melted

Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish and cover each with a piece of cheese. Mix stuffing mix with water and 1/4 cup butter. Spoon over top of chicken pieces and drizzle with another 1/4 cup butter. Mix soup and milk thoroughly and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
