SHRIMP LORI 
1 1/2 lbs. med. shrimp
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. dry white wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Broccoli florets
3/4 lb. pasta

Cook pasta and broccoli; set aside. Heat oil, butter and wine in a pan. Add garlic, followed by shrimp. Just before shrimp is done (about 4 minutes), add cheese and toss. In the last 30 seconds add parsley flakes. Arrange pasta and broccoli on a plate and then add shrimp. Serves 4.
