LORI'S SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn, do not drain
1 (#2) can cream corn
1 sm. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients as stated. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Add 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
