PEAR CRISP 
4 1/2 c. thinly sliced, peeled and cored pears
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/4 c. whole wheat or white flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 to 1 c. raisins (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Transfer to greased 8-inch square pan. In small bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears. Sprinkle raisins and nuts. Bake 45 minutes in 350°F oven.
