COFFEEMATES CREAMY NUT FUDGE 
1/2 c. liquid coffeemate
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. marshmallow creme
2 c. or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Add hot water, 1/4 cup coffeemate to make 1/2 cup liquid. Combine coffeemate, butter, sugar and salt in a 2 quart saucepan. Stir constantly. Start timing when it starts to bubble around the edges. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, chips and vanilla; stir vigorously 1 minute. Pour into 8 inch square pan, buttered. Let cool and cut into squares. 3 pounds.
