FLORIDA SWAMP CAKE 
2/3 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed, undiluted
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 lg. eggs
Ice cream or whipped cream (optional)

In a 9x9 inch metal baking pan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently with a whisk until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in orange concentrate, sugars and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; stir into chocolate mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. (Cake will be wet in the center.) Remove to rack; cool. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream. Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint if desired. Serves 8.
