STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Betty Crocker)
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water (let cool)
1/2 c. chopped strawberries

Mix all the above ingredients together. Beat as per directions on box. Bake in 9"x13" pan at temperature on box.

ICING:

2 1/2 - 3 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries

Mix together until smooth. This will seem stiff but do not add liquid until the strawberries have been beaten in sugar. If more liquid is needed, add strawberry juice.
