FLUFFY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 med. slices soft bread, torn
1 c. milk or 1 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. catsup

Mix all ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes great leftover sandwiches.
