FREEZING CORN 
16 c. corn, freshly cut off the cob
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. water
4 tsp. salt

Boil all ingredients for 5 minutes and then cool quickly. Works best to pour into shallow cake pans and set on ice in coolers. Bag up and freeze in quantities desired.

I prepare my corn with milk instead of water. I use 1 quart of milk for the same amount of corn. If the corn isn't sweet enough just increase the sugar to 1 cup. Using the milk instead of water came to from my Mother. It taste fresher.
