8 c. corn (wash ears, drain, cut off cob) 2 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt Place in sauce pan and cook until corn looks clear. Cool quickly and freeze. (Put corn in another pan, set it in ice water.) |
