GARLIC-BUTTERED CAULIFLOWER 
2 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 med. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch sq.
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

In a 1 quart casserole combine cauliflower, green or red pepper, and water. Cover and cook 100% power for 5 to 7 minutes (until cauliflower is tender). Let stand covered.

In a 1 cup measure combine butter, garlic and pepper. Cook, uncovered on high 40 to 50 seconds or until melted. Drain cauliflower mixture. Toss garlic butter with cauliflower mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
