DILLED GREEN BEANS 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. minced green onions
3 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried dill weed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of coarse green pepper
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Cook green beans until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Combine next 10 ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously. Pour over green beans and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. May garnish with walnuts before serving.
