SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. med. egg noodles, cooked

Brown meat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

Heat (warm but do not boil) milk and cream cheese and blend well to smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, green pepper and noodles.

In casserole alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat sauce, ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese (1/4 cup).

Note: Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated and bake a few minutes additional time.
