TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. commercial chili mix

Brown turkey in Pam sprayed pan. Add green pepper and onion, reduce heat and cover. Cook over medium heat until pepper and onion are tender. Add beans, tomatoes and chili mex. Simmer 10 minutes and serve. Freezes well.
