GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, cut 1/2" thick
1/2 c. prepared mustard
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. whiskey
1/ tsp. cornstarch

Coat chops with mustard, then brown sugar. Brown chops in skillet on both sides. Sugar will caramelize so watch carefully or it will burn. Pour whiskey into pan, cover and simmer on low 1 hour. Add cornstarch to liquid, stirring until it thickens, then serve. Serves 4 to 6.
