GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 lbs. carrots, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Saute carrots in butter in large skillet for 3 minutes. Add water, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle carrots with sugar and salt; cook, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
