RUTH ANN'S CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 (5 oz.) pkg. sm. noodles
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can peas and onions
Cheese, grated

Brown beef and sausage in separate skillets. Cook noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Mix beef, sausage, noodles, soups, and drained peas. Add some of liquid from peas if desired. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

I tried this Ruths way first. But frozen peas with a jar of tiny onions were better. Her recipe is delicious and I so love it!
