CHILI PORK CHOPS 
4 - 6 lean pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 - 4 tbsp. red chili powder
Salt
Garlic salt
Onion salt

Broil chops. Season lightly with salt, garlic and onion salts before broiling. Drain chops and place in deep casserole and pour over 1 can of soup that was mixed with chili powder and 1/4 can of water; bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees depending on oven. Serve with Spanish rice or refried beans or both.
