CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken, cooked
3/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. almonds, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Saute celery in butter. Combine all ingredients (except last two). Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover cheese with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350-375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8.
