CHICKEN MAJORCA 
3 lb. de-boned chicken breast
1/4 c. shortening
1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
2 cans asparagus

Flour and brown chicken in shortening. Put in large casserole bowl, add all other ingredients, stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover before baking.
