PECAN TASSIES 
1 pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts (actually 2 crusts)

Take biscuit or round cookie cutter and cut 12 circles from each pie crust. Fit into mini-muffin tins.

PECAN FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 c. or more coarsely broken pecans

Mix above thoroughly and spoon into pastry shells. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool in pans, then remove to racks.
