BEEF ROLL UPS 
1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing
1 1/2 lbs. 1/4 inch round steak, or sirloin sandwich steaks
1/4 c. water
1 can Golden mushroom soup
2 tbsp. shortening

Prepare stuffing. Cut steak 6 x 4 inches. Place 1/4 cup stuffing near center of each piece. Roll up, tuck in ends and secure with toothpicks. Brown in skillet. Pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
