BROWN SUGAR PIE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry crust
3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat all ingredients together in large bowl of electric mixer. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If desired, top with whipped cream. Will make 2 pies if frozen pie shells are used.
