1 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Butter 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Line bottom with parchment paper (can be purchased at a bakery).

Combine flour, cocoa and salt.

In a bowl combine sugar and butter, stir in eggs and flour.

Add cocoa and flour mixture. Stir until combined.

Sprinkle evenly in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted is clean. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Turn baking pan over on cutting board or counter and release chocolate layer, remove parchment and cut layer into heart shapes. Makes 30 (2") cookies.
