CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITH
PUDDING
 
1 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 (5.1 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding

Beat and cream above ingredients. Beat in:

3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour

Stir in:

3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (can use Fun Chips)

Bake on a greased cookie sheet (I like the air bake pan for this cookie) at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. You may roll into balls and freeze in a Tupperware container. Then pull out only what you want to bake. Yield: approximately 7 dozen.
