CHOCOLATE PUDDING FILLING | |
3 c. cold whole milk 2 c. pure whipping cream 1 lg. (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix 1 sm. (3 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix 1/4 tsp. vanilla If wanted you may use any flavor pudding, try pistachio. Place large pudding mix in deep bowl, add 2 cups milk and 1 cup of whipping cream and beat until thick. Unfold jellyroll (leave towel underneath) and smoother with filling. Roll up jelly roll (remove towel) place on plate. Place small pudding mix and 1 cup milk and 1 cup whipping cream in same bowl. Beat until thick and spread on top and sides of jelly roll. Garnish if you want with nuts and coconut. Filling may be used on layer cakes. |
