MESA GRANDE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
6 green onions, including tops
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook noodles according to package; drain. Meanwhile, brown meat; stir in garlic, salt, cumin and pepper. Stir in spaghetti sauce and allow to simmer 5 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Arrange alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cream cheese mixture in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
