CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 lg. boneless chicken breast (1 1/2 - 2 lbs.), split
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine tomato sauce, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Heat and stir to warm. Set aside. Mix bread crumbs (corn flakes), Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Dip breasts into egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Place in pan with cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Pour tomato sauce mixture over chicken and then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese also on chicken. Bake until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
