FETTUCINNI ALFREDO 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
Parsley flakes
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter slowly. Whip cream. Toss in parsley and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss in egg yolks. Boil 2 pounds of fettucini. Put in a warmed pan and toss the Alfredo sauce and rest of cheese and butter.
